Agreement to Terms

Services Description
LightWave Surprise Sunrooms provides professional sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor structure services in Surprise, Arizona and surrounding areas. We provide estimates, design consultations, installation services, and repairs. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates and quotes provided by LightWave Surprise Sunrooms are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices may change after this period due to material costs, labor availability, or other factors. All quotes are contingent upon site inspection and verification of property conditions. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if conditions differ from those observed during the initial consultation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. You agree to pay all amounts owed for services provided.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to meet scheduled installation dates. However, weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in cancellation fees.
Warranties and Guarantees
Our workmanship is guaranteed according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products as provided by the respective manufacturers. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty fulfillment. Any warranty work must be performed by LightWave Surprise Sunrooms to remain valid.
Property Access and Conditions
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area. This includes removing personal items, ensuring pets are secured, and informing us of any hazards. We are not responsible for existing property conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage to landscaping that cannot be reasonably avoided. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before work begins.
Liability Limitations
LightWave Surprise Sunrooms carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to lost income, temporary housing costs, or other expenses beyond the direct cost of repairs or reinstallation.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues before pursuing legal action. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
